YUZHNIY GOK was one of the first at Kryvyi Rih by introducing an automated environmental monitoring system (AEMS). Indicators are available on the site of the Kryvyi Rih Resource Center online. The Environmental monitoring data has been distributed in open access since 2018. Exactly then YUZHNIY GOK and the Executive Committee of the Kryvyi Rih City Council signed a Memorandum on the interchange of the data of these automated stationary posts for the visibility in the module Eco monitoring on the portal Kryvyi Rih Resource Center. Indicators of three posts of observation, located at the border of the sanitary zone of the combinat are fixed in automatic mode. Data of dust, sulfur dioxide, oxide in carbon and nitrogen dioxide updated every 20 minutes. Information is collected by measuring technology (gas analyzers, meteorological stations, monitoring of mass concentration of aerosol particles), which are subject to regular state metrological verification.

Dust meter was set up at three Automatic observation post ПАН-1, ПАН-2, ПАН-3. Also installed meteorological stations on ПАН-2, ПАН-3. Gas analyzers from ПАН-1, ПАН-2, ПАН-3 were dismantled for carrying out repair robots (replacement of sensors), and the meteorological station from ПАН-1 was also dismantled for repairs. On the official website of YUZHNIY GOK, and on the resource center of Executive Committee of the Kryvyi Rih City Council, data of actual concentration of dust (ПАН-1, ПАН-2, ПАН-3) and data of meteoums (ПАН-2, ПАН-3) are displayed.

Due to the temporary lack of power supply at the ПАН-1, the operation of the injection pump for pumping air through the dust concentration meter was not ensured. Through the indicated circumstances, residues of dust and small particles, in particular of plant origin, have accumulated in the channel of the sampling probe. At the moment of restoration of the power supply on September 23, 2019 at ПАН-1 and with the simultaneous restoration of the pump operation, the accumulated shares from the channel of the sampling probe got into the measuring chamber of the device, which led to an incorrect display of the result of measuring the concentration of dust in the air in the system. According to the results of the unscheduled maintenance of the measuring device and the sampling probe carried out by a specialized organization, the correct operation of the equipment was ensured.

ПАН №1 – помещение административно-бытового корпуса рудоуправления (АБК РУ) на пересечении улиц Переяславская и Наливайко;



ПАН №2 – помещение административного здания физкультурно-оздоровительного комплекса (ФОК) на пересечении улиц Кармелюка и Панаса Мирного;



ПАН №3 – здание на территории склада списанной техники (ЦПП и СХ) вблизи поселка НКГОК.
